Sports Camp will be June 10-13 from 9:30-11:30 am. Submitting this form will hold your child(ren)'s spot for the camp. We will begin a wait list once the registrations reach 72 campers. For your camper to participate a waiver must also be signed. This waiver can be found on our website on the Sports Camp page. It can be brought to the church office or scanned and emailed to joyce@deerbrook.church.
