We're excited for this year's sports camp! Please fill out this registration form for your campers. This form will hold your camper's spot. We will close the camp at 60 campers. However, before the camper can participate in camp we must have a signed waiver. You can find this form on Deerbrook's website www.deerbrook.church/better-together. This form can be signed, scanned and electronically sent back to joyce@deerbrook.church or it can be printed, signed and brought to the church.
